The HSG Career Days are among the three largest career events at the University of St.Gallen. Organised by the Career & Corporate Services team, this multi-industry event connects outstanding students with leading employers from the fields of Legal, Industry, Luxury, FMCG, Tech, Consulting, and Insurance – enabling meaningful exchange, valuable connections and career-defining opportunities.

With 5,956 applications submitted by 2,878 students, the 2025 edition recorded very strong demand, confirming the relevance and exclusivity of the format. The HSG Career Days therefore position themselves as a leading platform for exchange with top-tier companies.

The HSG Career Days connect students with companies in consulting, law, industry, luxury goods, consumer goods, technology and insurance. Covering seven key economic sectors, the event continues to develop in step with the needs of the labour market.
